My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges encountered during this life changing movement. I am here to tell you, you can do anything you put your mind to, and it never hurts to have some guidance from a passionate health advocate! I would be honored to coach you through this shift in your life.
Extensive experience allows me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction. In addition I hold a Clinical Exercise Science Degree from Grand Valley State University and have worked several years hands on in the field from inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient physical therapy. This experience has shown me how to always teach proper body mechanics when performing specialized movements and to keep in mind every clients physical condition so any kind of injury is minimized.

I like to give all of my clients options. All of my plans are customizable! Depending on your personal goals you have the option of weight loss, weight maintenance, weight gain or booty gains. All of my programs are at least 1 month, topping out at 3 months. I do want to also point out that all of my plans can be specialized to the location of where your working out, for example a gym, at home with minimum equipment , in a home gym, in a hotel etc.
You also have the ability of requesting a personalized meal prep plan that can be customizable to your dietary restrictions for example, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan. keto, etc. In addition, I do pride myself on great customer service, always being able to reply to a text/email within 2 hours to help any kinds of questions you may have on the way!
